If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. And there will be a 50% charge.

We understand emergencies happen.  However, if you do not show up to your appointment two or more times, we may require a prepayment for future appointments. A no call-no show will result in a 100% charge!

Be considerate of bringing your child if they are sick.  We understand kids sometimes get sick the day of their appointment.  However, to receive services, children must be free of fever for 24 hours.  We request that you let us know your child is ill as soon as possible, so that we can get someone in from the waiting list.

If your child has recently had head lice, we request that they be lice-free for at least one week prior to their appointment.  We do not treat head lice.
